Strength and Conditioning Training

This program is designed to focus on the extent to which muscles can exert force by contracting against resistance (holding or restraining an object or person)

Cardiovascular Training

Physical conditioning that strengthens heart and blood vessels, the result of which is an increase in the ability for your body muscles to utilize fuel more effectively resulting in a greater level of exercising.

Stretching and Flexibility

The ability to achieve an extended range of motion without being impeded by excess tissue, i.e. fat or muscle (executing a leg split). Flexibility can be further broken down into: static passive, dynamic and static active

Sports Specific Training (Hockey, Basketball, Soccer, Track field)

This program focuses on speed endurance and agility to perform a series of explosive power movements in rapid succession in opposing directions (zigzag running or cutting movements)

Weight Loss Programs

This focuses on proper nutritional advice paired with strength training, flexibility training and cardiovascular training
