The body can only serve the mind.

In order to permanently renew the body, the mind must be in harmony with it.
Man or woman is what he or she eats because food affects the body just as surely and just as greatly as food affects the bodies of other animals.
Beware of the enlarging waistline, here lies a dangerous area. Keep the waistline down to keep healthy and live longer. 
We have the ability to create, the life we want to live. 
We are the masters of our bodies for the body is our first environment. 
We are as young as the body is soft or, as old as the body is hard. A young body is a supple body and an old body is a stiff body.  
In all things, the happy medium here must be determined. Too much is injurious and too little is injurious.
The body would not grow old and feeble if it did not grow stiff and hard. It would not grow stiff and hard if the caretaker of it knew their duty and performed that duty with scrupulous care. 

If we could learn anything of value in this world, knowing what the body needs to nourish it is of great value. 
Air is food. It’s is our greatest food. It is more important by far in the maintenance of our body than any other element. We can live for weeks without food, we can live for days without water but no one can live for more than a few minutes without air.
